peachmelba: Warm olive oil up and add few drops of juniper ,sandlewood,lavender,spiced ginger essential oil just afew drops and massage into feet,Just ask in health store for essential oil to aid circulation eg rosmary oil is vegetating,
Ginger and juniper is warming,,,when sitting excercise them,
Rosmary is vigorating. And lavender is healing and relaxing so before bedtime add few drop of lavender oil to your favourite footbath,
I never wear socks in bed,,,hot water bottle with few drops of lavender oil placed near your feet and when it's not too hot rest your feet on it.
