A human life is not even a blink in the eye of the cosmos, never met anyone I felt was 'old', just people who worry about or judge the state of the physical form, lots of them feeling 'half-dead' to me, but that even already in their teens, due to a lack of inquisitiveness/flexibility of the mind.
In short - don't believe there is any number which can be put down as an answer for that, instead it's just the state of mind/social or individual belief which influences people's view on this.
Read a great quote once, not sure who said it:

Personally, i feel half of my age , i feel very young at heart
and it is mostly much younger men that i get asked out by.

Probably because your mind set attracts them
I game and have a lot of contact to males in their twenties due to it. When we are on TeamSpeak while raiding or pvping, there is no 'age difference', just laughter, teasing, working together on strategies. I'd not wish to date any of them, but not because of their 'age' but because I just don't want to date anymore. Nothing to do with a number, my reasons for that lie somewhere completely different.
Just imagine we would all have our brains implanted into robot bodies - I'd say 'age' the way we look at it now would not really be of relevance to us anymore. It would come down to mind sets, compatibility of interests and so forth. Always sort of stumped me why we see so much importance in physical matter, when it's our thoughts and dreams that determine how well we get along.
Unless we talk child bearing, that obviously currently still has limits in regards to physical age.
