As 45 years old....my photo looks quite OK and my color has never been black but stayed as it was since birth...I couldn't or din't want my gene...

I not going to judge people but I wonder why Joe needs a girl to teach you good Dutch. Why not a man? Why this discrimination?

First take away your restriction of the continents because Dutch ladies are everywhere.
Second take away the age restriction, teachers are generally a bit older.
