Doing a crash course in baking gluten free, yeast free bread is proving not so easy. Sure some loaf have been good but getting them to rise and stay up not so easy. Of to town buy better mixer didn't really work as yeast free Laucke Four actually doesn't need kneading (just like they say in the manual) but getting the risen loaf to stay up when you manage to get to rise is as good as i've managed thus expensive far. Not that there is much wrong with tonight's howver this mornings first images jarra1 loaf almost make me cry
