The 06C you refer to Phoenix is in Ulster and not bleak ? the people also will have a referendum to leave that situation in the furute if they want,presently they prefer it as it is by a majority of Nationalist and Unionist, unfortunately.
Personally i would be more worried about the German influence these days,as they run Ireland.i would be more concerned with the German's running the 26 Countys.A bigger issue in 2015.

The O6C is a very bleak place... I know 6 of the 9 counties of Ulster are occupied. That's why it's called the Occupied Six Counties.. AKA O6C...
If you or wade would like to know just how BLeaK the o6c are.. I can give you some figures from a recent report by Belfast City Council.. They may shock some people.
I can also show the total lack of infer structure west of the Bann.
