What is to like and not?

In a world so racially charged and so torn on religious differences, as in the beginning of time, perhaps a woman's touch is the answer?

Note: I am specifically directing this topic to my country.

But your opinions are all appreciated, in opposition or not.

Thatcher was a good one , not popular like some but one who had an unpopular job to do as Brit' isles were at a low ebb . And as for Clinton , she's a flake . She didn't hit her head hard enough

We have had a female leader conversing

But, in terms of your comments re racial and religious issues, my thoughts are that women in politics need to be tough and leave sentiment and emotions behind.

Otherwise they will not survive.

my exact point. So are you suggesting that indeed per the current administration, the leader does possess such a trait, discrediting his ineffective means on solving these crises?

Lindsy I cannot comment on your leader as I do not have sufficient knowledge re his performance, but I do think that our current PM has been trying to please everyone all the time and, predictably, has effectively shot himself in the foot, badly.

Leaders need to show strength, integrity and tenacity, regardless of their gender.

Exactly my point Serene, but with our record of multiple failure on the execution of our expected decent leadership has pushed me into thinking that perhaps at least we can see change from the hands of a woman.

Peruse the ancient leaders , I can upload it, but just Google it, and you will see some respectable women leaders of their time. Golda Mir, Ghandi, and even Nefertiti, and in England had Bidduca,

Just a change and what done have to lose. I believe it can't get any worse.

On my book Serene there were happier people in the record of modern history.

If this ignorant person knows how much money and wealth the monarch has at the expense of the British citizens, she'd be ashamed of being a subject. Errrrr... citizen?

My expectations of a female leader would be exactly the same of those of a male.

And sadly I would expect to be disappointed as I feel that once individuals, regardless of their drive and personal ambitions re addressing humanitarian issues ... they all end up the same, gobbled up by The Machine cool

Are you still here? You're entitled to your ignorant opinion, as I am on mine. History has flipped the pages on her favor both local and foreign and here you are blabbing your stupid mouth?

I don't disagree with you Serene, but this isn't about you, its about putting a different shoes that walks the talk.

Believe me, I am like you, very much in the book as to what we expect and hope would happen. But,,,, since these male tucked up morons are so into themselves, we are trying a different strategy, and if it fails?.. so what..wouldn't be any different than these boos. JMHO
