I have a friend from Serbia living in Kilkenny with her husband.
They often go for holidays to see her family, the feedback I'm getting is nice weather and countryside and the cost of living is cheaper there than in Middle or Northern Europe.
They go for medical treatment to Serbia rather than Ireland btw. Are you thinking of a "medical" holiday with dentist etc? There are a lot of Eastern European countries offering this, I haven't heard about Serbia, but I can find out if it could be of any help.

I have a friend in that part of the world whom I met here. He says it is currently freezing there. About -6 or so.
So the weather is cool, some of the people are really nice, but don't get on their wrong side!
Costs - yeah it can be cheap, but also expensive. Expensive to get there and expensive if you don't speak the language.

It does'nt really matter what myself or anyone else is needing done to my/their teeth whether implant or root canal, all as i can think about is farcanal!! $3500 for ONE single tooth with cap, crown or post .. whatever. Have you any idea how many fence posts you can buy for that money
prolly could even buy a couple of blo*dy telegraph posts just sayin.Just an example mezza, .... You bought a camera which no doubt cost you a lot of money. You get the camera and a guarantee with it. Dentists have been giving me prices to fix a tooth. All those that i have seen have said there's no guarantee
so if it breaks $3500 down the drain and a gap in mouth For $3500 for ONE tooth, the dentists should give us a free head just in case

I have been looking at Dentists overseas and Thailand seems to be a good option, much,much,much cheaper and a holiday at the same time ,,I'm seriously considering going there to get the work done, can not afford to get it done in Oz,,,,, Australian Dentist will rip you off ,,, try Thailand mate,,, good luck
