Me too.. Live on cigarettes and coffee until 6 pm then I'll eat a feast.

If I eat a heavy meal after 6 pm I can't sleep well,
I like to go swimming in the evenings at the weekend so I don't do that on full stomach,
I always make sure I have a good lunch a healthy one ,,otherwise I no energy,
If I'm rushing I like a banana,blueberry s ,,some chocolate ,,tea yes have to have my tea,
I like my evening dinner at 5 pm to 6 pm,
Supper I have whole meal toast with butter lots of ,
I like crackers and cheese during day and grapes,,olives,,salad ,
I like most foods,curries,pasta,roasts, Whole varieties and shapes and sizes and colours,
My brothers laugh at the size of the dinners I make when they call,
I put on too much ,,,dosnt go to waste tho,
Dogs cats birds feeds them all.

Today I only had blueberries two bananas ,some chocolate ,and two slices brown bread,
I don't feel like my dinner today ,,day off from cooking today I made spaghetti bolonaise yesterday so loads left and my son said don't waste it and make more he will eat it,
Since his nearly 4 years in austraila since going when he was just 19 ,since he home again he is very waste not want not,
He said he had times of feast and famine there,
He told me he and his mates went on a boat trip they caught a small shark they had been starving,
Poor sharkie,

If you're always sleepy after meals during the day, it may be your blood sugar levels are going to high..I would get them checked to be safe.

It is better to have several small-meals during the day that to have just one big one but bodies are different.
If for some reason you are not hungry try eating some fruit and drink some tea or water at least so your gastric juices do not bother your stomach on the long run.
Take care of yourself and especially of your stomach.
