I personally belief people do have near death experiences, only they can tell us about. I do believe that GOD is there to help you in your journey into the after life.

Kaybee50, I am so happy to share you that with several encounters I've had with my relatives who has passed on, it creates a clear understanding that indeed death is not to be demonized as the end of my journey. If anything it provides me hope and strength that it is going to be better up there as the fundamentals of the Catholic religion's faith.
Of course I was raised as a cradled Catholic but through the years, I have not become a fanatic or closed minded to other's faith.
I am not trying to direct this to any religious sect, I just want to share that my core of belief is shaped from the foundation of that faith.
Going back to not being afraid of the facing death.
