More than low carbs recipes get complex carbs like whole wheat products, rye (high in fiber), etc…
Eating well is the key to be fit, healthy and in good spirits and it is better to cook your own meals.

Quick tip: Halve your portion size. When your portions are half the size you can eat twice as many of them.
Congratulations on losing all that weight btw as many don't even try. What you're doing is obviously working. Keep up the good work and keep off the weight.
Tonight I had sliced sprouts stir fried in garlic, lemon and parsley butter (lemon rind, lemon juice, chopped garlic [I used home grown wet garlic] and butter [I used dairy free spread]) served with grilled salmon.

Blend a handful, or two of spinach with a couple of eggs and black pepper for an omelette. When the underside is cooked, sprinkle with chopped smoked salmon, so it becomes lightly cooked when finished.

owww ,,, 140 lbs !!! that's great ,,i imagine your pleasure or hard time, don't really know any reasonable recipe for losing lbs; for the good ,, they are just like blues ,, they come and go ,,
1 sweet onion 1 med. red onion 1 bunch fresh mint 2 lemons 3 cucumbers 1 red, 2 yellow peppers 3 delicious tomatos (or dice in quarters a bunch of the small ones) 2 FAT garlic toes pressed 20 calamata olives 2 cups or as much as you like of FETA cheese 1 cup of roasted pine nuts himalaya pink salt and pepper
clean onions and halve them. slice and break into crescents in a big bowl.
pince a little himalaya salt and pepper over them.
squeeze the 2 or 3 lemons (depending on size) set aside.
take the mint leaves off the stems and slice them fine, but take care not to chop or bruise the leaves too much...get a sharp knife and cut them finely ONCE ...(they get bitter otherwise)
sprinkle them over the onions and add the lemon juice.
peel the cucumbers and cut them lengthwise divide each length into 3 and dice. add to the onions and mint. pince a little salt over them.
take the yellow and red paprikas and dice them into bitesize pieces and add them to the cucumbers,
then the tomatos. quartered or diced. a pinch of salt and pepper squeeze the garlic from the press over the tomatos and add some olive oil.
put the pine nuts in a small frying pan that is already hot and get them golden brown...stay with them , it goes faster than u think :) set aside.
go back to the salad and toss by bringing up the onions and mint from the bottom of the bowl that have been marinating in the lemon, and blend it all
add FETA and toss gently again add pine nuts and olives

Just eat and drink water if you want to lose weights. I can assure you that water has the lowest carb and calories
