It seems, in Europe, babies born from December 2016 will be microchipped.
Mothers and would be mothers are already on thier cry out and ready to boycott hospitals and maternity in ever this measure will be carried out.
For medical files, i think it's can be discussed ,, by law enforcers, might be too ? SPIES & DETECTIVES out of the view ?

Just wait till they tell us that after 4-8 years they messed up and that millions will have some shortened lifespan because they'd use recycled metals that weren't sorted correctly. Then 10 years after that it will come out that they decided to add something or change the system and needed an excuse to put new chips in all those people so they had to make that one up and that the 3rd generation of chipping will add great features and you will get 1000 credits of you reregister and have the next generation of chip implanted....maybe??

A big business in perspective then? just imagine how many chips would be manufactured initially and henceforth. It's somewhat a creation of a new consumption. Well about that mess, i am not even there yet, no system is perfect, there always a margin of errors i think, but then if datas will be updated every now and then, because everything has it's evolution,, birth, medical updates, juridique files, so changing often of chips can be envissioned. you foresight is valueble thanks again,,i have kids a new generation that would be chipped too if ever ?
Records shows that all system can be manipulated, even the central files didn't escaped,, remember?

Let me precise, that it is not my claims, and don't have the pretention to that,, i am just sharing an issue that catches my attention and been circulating in the web nowadays.
I am not really well informed about that articles on the Human Rights Convention, but more or less l'm on the practical aspect of a daily life and it's environment, as it concerns me directly.
If that's the case, as you said, then well and good that would settle doubts once and for all,, but then you knew very well that the EUROPEAN COMMUNITY ,,is not as efficient when it come to certain circumstaces and not so unilateral when it comes to internal interests of each members.
A member country, everytime a cattle:hog:poultry raiser got sick, they isolate and place in quarantine because they developed a high resistance to antibiotics, now tell about that restrictions?

Of course there was a lot of negative reactions from the responses specially the implication that our privacy is completely usurped. But in reality, even this is not a myth anymore. 25 years ago, it was predicted by the Popular Mechanics about the ability of the authority to monitor all our private activities for as long as there is a use of radio waves within our homes, ie. radio, stereo, computer, phone (cell)
GM the biggest automobile giant in my country had been using ON STAR on all their cars which track every vehicle where ever it is in US, Canada and Mexico, although its capability is bigger than that. Their satellite is much greater in scope and power. This is all part of the microchip program.
It is no longer a matter of prediction, it will happen. The activities leading to the benefit is much greater for our government control when it comes to terrorism. Of course we will not agree, and hence Virginia is the leading state to vote against it, but like anything that covers far more effective in government control, I have a feeling, it is going to happen.
