Nidifugous: A year or two ago, I saw this social experiment where men and women set up dates with a skinny photo and then claimed to have gained weight in the last 6 months and showed up to the dates in a fat suit. Across the board, the women were pretty nice to the fat man, but none agreed to see him again. The men, with one exception, were outright rude and angry with the fat girl.
Both genders were equally deceived, but the men reacted so much more aggressively. What gives?

I have severe doubts regarding the validity of this "experiment". The "generalizations" and "stereotyping" in the so-called experiment are, in my opinion, seriously flawed. What gives? Bogus study,....

Men r natuarly aggressive right across the world. Their egos must always be fed as they have mostly no selfconfidence. That is why men like weak girls that would not answer back. I'm not one of them.:

I think part of it could be due to a woman's tendency to be more tolerant and polite.

This wasn't scientific by any stretch. In fact, I believe there's no such thing as social "science"). Be that as it may, it looked like it could have been true.
How would you react? Civilly? Would you date the girl if she gained a lot of weight from the time the first photo was taken until you met? or if you had never seen a recent full body pic/video?

Most women might but I am the exception and I hate any form of violence being it verbal or physical etc. I will just walk out and not be dirtied by people like that.
