Right click on the photo in ur ecards.
Select properties.
Copy the URL in properties.
Paste as usual with img and /img in brackets before and after URL
Oh, and those aren't my feet.

If you want to post a pic on here save it as a public ecard. Then copy and paste the URL from CS, enclose it in img brackets, like I have just done with this image of someones feet on ecard. lol
