If you go to "My Home" and look to the left, scroll down to "My Settings" and pick mail preferences. Here you can select which countries you wish to hear from.

This is my first post here, so . . .
GREETINGS!
Would any of you know how to restrict my incoming e-mail to people within travelling distance (e.g., 50 miles or so)? Or, failing that, at least be able to choose my province or country? I'm getting e-mails from fellows throughout North America, which is pointless for them and me.
