For me, that is not real love, just a version of it.

More likely that you have fallen in love with the idea of falling in love with that person.

Until you meet, talk to each other face to face, look into each others eyes and see if there is a connection, I believe it would not be possible to truly be in love before that meeting.

I think it is possible to fall in love with the "fantasy", but more often than not, it's just mere infatuation.

Spending time together seems the only way to determine if love is real or not.

I would say that some deep emotional bonds can develop and it can feel like true love but people need to meet and spend time together in real life to truly know.

If you can love Jesus/God (by any other name) then you can clearly love someone/something that you've never met/seen. So for some people the answer is yes and for others, the answer is no.

It'd be a definite yes from me, although not with a fictitious entity/deity.

Well, maybe if it was a Unicorn. laugh

there are many forms of love...

i love my fellow man...

i love all sorts of creatures...

yes, plants...the flowers at my fathers funeral were amazing, almost seemed out of this world(beautiful)

to have an eros form of love requires to be up close and personal...

imo
