I'll have to do some research for this thread, but south California and Florida produces a lot of fruit as well as vegetables for America and the U.S. does have a lot of imports of fruit from central America and the Caribbean region. The U.S. State of the Hawaiian Islands, is the only state that produces coffee. Judging by the advertisements, the majority of American's coffee comes from South America, Central America and largely: Colombia... Due to the distance, I suspect that Hawaiian coffee is exported to Asia and the Philippians, instead of being sent the continental U.S.

Ah yes, that heavy chocolate milk froth from the lattes, I keep meaning to wipe it off, after every serving. ... I guess that explains why I smell cappuccino in my sleep.
