If I touch sth he says I might break it, to just leave it, if I want to eat sth with my mother he says there's not enough food for everyone, calls me fat and worse, says I'm insane and should be hospitalized, insults me, tries to push me, says:- I'm 'on the way'- I try to avvoid him but he always finds a way to make me feel bad.

What should I do?
Keep a distance from toxic people no matter who they may be. Since its your brother that is going to be difficult, but you need to have a sit down with him regarding his behavior...maybe talk to your mother about it...she can speak to him too...Don't put up with someone insulting you and treating you badly....don't keep quiet about it it makes it worse.....try to see your mum when he is not around...that's what I would do...What should I do?

Randy322: He is a BULLY...shame on him! Someone treating another in such a way (especially family) is indicative of their own inadequacies. They're unhappy with themselves and/or their life, so they belittle to pull others down with them. It's sadly just one of those things humans do. It's kinda impossible, but try to let it slide and get better at ignoring him.
