Oh, no, it´s okay. Maybe some music (when there are a lot of different instruments involved) makes me want to run.
But regarding seeing numbers in colours it helps even. When by chance math tasks are written in "my" colours, I am much faster in solving them.

They are not bound by convention and traditional perception, and can often see and appreciate things that tend to escape the attention of most people, which they then interprete into their work.

I´m a synesthete. In my case it means that, since I can think, each number has a different colour and it´s certain place in front of me in space (in my mind´s eye), each letter has a colour and some have additional shapes (that I mostly don´t like), each day of the week has a coulour, but also sounds and music. Touches of people cause colours in my mind and certain feelings do that, too.
When I was a child I thought everybody sees the world like me. I can´t imagine how it is to see numbers or letters black on a white paper or listen simply to music and hear only the sounds.
It would be nice to know if your Monday is also darkblue, a 7 yellow or a G has a stupid pale orange.
