rohaan,,Much as you could have all the advices from here, it could only
be limited to you,if ever that's the inherent character/attitude of your neigbour you can't do anything as a remedy to that,, having a good neighbour is chance to have, if not it's a permanent disturbance, just be aloft with such a kind,,
