People use to season their food with it here and also fry it up and eat it like bacon. For some reason I just can't seem to enjoy it like I did as a child. The thought of it makes me wanna run the other way. Tho I did have a hound dog one time I named Fat Back. How about you? Your food, you will not eat now?
