My US fiancee and I (UK) citizen would like to get married in the UK or US.

My fiancee would like to come and live with me and work here in the UK.

My fiancee is in receipt of disability benefits in the state and I just started a full time job.

We tried several forums such as ukyankee and visajourney but are non the wiser which visa is applicable.

Is there anybody out there who could give us some advice regarding which visas we need step by step please?

Thank you.

I can't see any problem
My advice would be that you both contact your respective embassies (British) and (US) in London. ASAP

They can give you all the help and advice you need officially, on the phone initially, and that way, you will get it from the horses mouth.

If you both already have Visa'a and passports, You could even consider meeting him in London and going in person to the immigration offices. They will tell you what your options are.
All the Best from Broadstairs
