i am thinking of arranging a get togeather, a night out during the Galway races, ladies night which is july 30th..Speaking from experience i know THE SALTHILL HOTEL will be ideal for an enjoyable nightout/event.. So if anyone is interested pls let me know..given the interest decides if i go ahead with the plan or not..

Well itchy ,,god loves a tryer,
Your cat in the hat ,lol, mine loves to sleep on top of the bin when sunbathing,lol,
Hides in plant pot and grass on stakeout for the poor birdies,
Bit rain here to and downcast
,Think we may go to Wimbledon but Galway races be much more exciting
Brolly s and dun shades at the ready ,wellies and high heels too,
Live in Galway ive never been to the races must put it on my bucket list

Though is Salthill not a good bit outside? been nearly 20 years since I was there

the Salthill hotel is on average 4miles away from the Ballybrit track..
"note" i'm not trying to organise a day out at the races itself on ladies day but just a get togeather later on during that night...
Now tho it is called ladies day, gentlemen men are more than welcome too... infact us ladies would be disapointed if there wasn't afew good ones amoung us

to meet at the track and arrange a bite to eat before the night would be the way to go, but if this simple night out even gets off the track and it turns out to be a goodnight, sure who knows i might make more of an event of it for next year.

think the last time i drank in Galway city i was 17 Oasis was in full swing headed to London then my god that was yonks ago the Quays is supposed to be a lively spot a lot of race goers frequent it i hear i am thinking of arranging a get togeather, a night out during the Galway races, ladies night which is july 30th..Speaking from experience i know THE SALTHILL HOTEL will be ideal for an enjoyable nightout/event.. If you are seriously thinking of having the Meet, if I were you, i would fill out the officisl form and CS will advertise it to everybody in the area.
Very few CS members even read the forums/blogs. At least if yiu do it through CS, everybody knows about it.
