younger guys usually (within reason!) as am young at heart and get on better with them. Some older guys are nice if they're not too conservative and set in their ways (i.e. boring ol' farts) and are in good shape!

It is better accepted the other way round Ali, when a younger guy dates older woman his behaviour is branded as abnormal and the woman called insane...When an older man dates a way younger than him woman everybody says "He must have money" and she is "clever" for catching the big fish...In some cultures it's just normal and even a way of life. A friend of mine recently married an Asian woman 40 years his junior...

Imo cougars are either older women trying to rekindle their youth, envious mothers competing against daughters, or they're women who genuinely still are 13 inside their own heads and the younger man is the grown up.

I'd also venture to say that the latter here is often the daughter of the former. The youth-envying cougar breeds the arrested development cougar.
