You forgot origanum
Fishdanc: I had left over lentil casserole I made last weekend. Made with carrots, parsnips, onion, garlic, fresh gr beans, peas, mushrooms, zucchini cooked in a little olive oil..add some veg stock, basil or Italian seasoning and some cinnamon.. simmer, add lentils and then top with thin layer of smashed potatoes.
