Well if he's single, he can flirt away to his heart's content, but he should be careful who he flirts with. It's not fair to flirt with someone that might like you and get their hopes up if you've no intention in taking it further. Some 'cop on' is needed.
If he's not single then he should keep it as harmless as possible and to a minimum out of respect for his partner. If his partner/wife/girlfriend doesn't mind him flirting then there's no problem really.

He's probably one of those men who makes everyone else around them worse off but gets away with it because of his charm. A bit like how beautiful women get away with murder. Having said this the silver-tongued devil is typically more devilish than the beautiful woman. His cunning mouth and mind is much more liable to commit evil than a pretty face. Which is a relief, life can not be very easy when you're attracted to evil monsters.
