1to1to1: BC is a beautiful place, have a lot of family living out there, and they never stop telling what nice weather they get, , but prior to oil prices dropping, it was surprizing how many people ,(from BC) were moving back to Alberta, and Sask, , We can t be that bad of a place.

See, this is the thing with Canadians.....do you want to live in a province where you can earn mega bucks and spend all your time complaining about the weather and have no time to enjoy the money you are earning, or do you want to have less money but better quality of life???

I have visited BC, Alberta and Sask and I know where I would choose to live wave

Hello Glengirl, I don t earn no mega bucks, or complain about the weather, and I m fairly happy. I ve known some filthy rich people who were so worried about their money, they could never be happy. There is a lot of kidding, and bantering amongst Canadians about better weather, or better province, but I think we re all glad to be Canadians.

not so surprising when one considers the cost of living if you decide to live in one of the major cities in BC. (specially vancouver with it's hong kong driven realty prices...)

as well, did you know that Alberta does support it's artists with lots of opportunities.... (unlike vancouver)

if one is willing to move into less populated areas in BC...the cost of living decreases and one is actually able to enjoy things, even the weather...grin

soooo....
snow shovel aside...Alberta and Sask have lots to offer.
