ouchhh!! that's painful ,, but i have a case in the family on this, she's so charming, but she's phsycologically disturb by the size of her breats,, so to say, it was really disproportionate for her person, but then she didn't have the courage to undergo such surgery,, doctors advised her not to before having a baby,, at the end she got married , have a happy family life, she was loved, so that was a reward,, selfish? can't say,, depending on how a person suffers from it,,,

Yes, they are, the baby girl born have a normal size breasts, nature is sometimes strange, some have too big, somme have too small, hard to take for some, some just learn to live with it,,

Think we kinda got that answer. If I stayed awake and learned anything in English class it was this "It is selfish for a woman to have a breast reduction ?" is written as a statement no matter how many question marks you put behind it?????

How could that ever have to do anything with selfishness?
If such a physical condition is given that someone thinks about to go by choice into a surgery, I assume there must be involved before pain and restrictions in daily life. When you are a partner of that person you will support whatever decision has to be made to improve the life of that person. You will want to support your partner. And the question of selfishness does not exist.
