No one's talking about the guide service that set it up much.Aren't they responsible for knowing the laws, areas, and local wild life so things like this don't happen? I forgot all about "Cecil" until he made head line news again after, I can't even say how many years.
No hype for most of the lions that have gone before him though.
So his pride will publicly be subjected to nature(as if it wasn't before) but again silence for other many other prides doing the same. They weren't made famous though. I can't jump on the "lion" band wagon with so many more important things going on in the world.
Sad day when people are more concerned for a lion in my nation than the problems we're facing economically and more. I can't speak for other areas but it would be nice if the U.S. had an actual American president interested in helping do some good rather regulating, taxing, and controlling.

It is sad but as pointed out in a blog somewhere on here there are many things happening that could be in the media that are devastating. Its all messed. If Cecils demise could make a difference I would have faith in humanity.

Now that you mention it; the last time I hugged a tree, it ended up stacked in my back yard for the burn pit.

It is very annoying when people cry about people killing people, but make it as it's not that important when they kill animals.
If you kill animal for pleasure it makes you a murderer, if you kill another man it makes you a murderer, so where is the bloody difference?!
