Well, the only New Years I remember was 7 years ago. I was due for my youngest daughter and went with my ex and his parents to the casino. (my ex and I dated for 7 years and are still best friends) but anyway...they had a kissing contest and the winner got a brand new car! We stayed lip locked for about 2 hrs and I started having contractions....Yep, what a time to go into labor!!! Needless to say, we didnt win...but damn it was fun! lol...oh, I went to the hospital and they stopped my labor....I actually had her on the 28th of January!!
Although, you probably wouldnt want to have a New Years like this one, just the two of you together will be a memory that you will hold forever!! Have a great one!

Thanks for sharing...January 28th isn't too bad either...my birthday...I'm going to see what exciting is happening around my town on that evening, but I wanted a special one-on-one memory that he could place in his heart which he could replay often as we are not able to see each other very often. Thought all these playful, lovable CS folks could share a memory or two.

Had some close friends over....we got into the reserve cabinet....then into the pots and pans....then into all my enormous variety of hats....vintage....all kinds of hats in my collection....everyone choose their poisen from the reserve cabinet and mix....then their desired noise maker from the kitchen pots and pans.....next everyone choose a hat fitting their personality....what fun we had out in the front yard under the massive pines and moonlit sky....bringing in the New Year....and the best part is we had enough money to grill steaks to boot....because we stayed safely at home!!!!

It trully does make for great art,and gets many compliments,can be hung in your room,personally when boardered right it hangs nicly in the living room on a large wall........

My best New Year's was in 1995 in Keene, NH.
I ran a 5K with my daughter. The race started a few minutes before midnite. It was dark except for street lights, cold and so icy that they sanded the route.
When we got in sight of the finish line, the fireworks started and the group I was running with all yelled Happy New Year!!!!

Most memorable New Years would be in '80
Went to the Ritz in Manhatten to see Joan Jett. Stood at the stage resting my arms on it. I could have reached out and touched her if I was inclined to. Before she ended, we went out and watched the ball drop.
