When considering turn offs, I imagine we are considering a regular pattern of behavior rather than a couple of one offs.....mine have already been said I believe, so it seems like most of what we are saying boils down to examples of lack of consideration, and ill treatment.
For me, some things that I do not care if others do, I would care if it was my partner, like the cell phone while dining.... doesn't bother me when it's the kids at the work lunch table, but on a date it would be an "excuse me I must get home now" type of offense

thanks for that sweet compliment and intentions,, seems it's the second time i read you requested to open my door for you,, honestly/seriously, i don't even realized it's closed 
being new in here,, not so familiar with the settings,, don't know why you can't,, when some undesirables arrived to my end with all those nonsense eamils,, i will check it Mike,, a good friend is always a treasure to behold ,,

I can present some of it myself like: Neglect, the failure to nourish what makes love grow. Control, I mean unreasonable power of the other person to manipulate and make all the decisions without much regard as to the feelings of the other.
