Fat does not equal unhealthy! You're misconception is society based obviously!! I ran around football ovals as a bigger girl more than I could as a slimmer one. Now having lost 30kgs...Im no more healthier than I was before. The difference if you must know...is feeling lighter and wearing a,smaller size label!
Under your theory that fat = unhealthy, we would assume that there are no thin people in cemetaries who died young. Are you kidding me?

For me the term BBW stops at size 14ish though there's usually an exception out there somewhere
