Ocee102: Being the default initiators, we become accustomed to rejection.

It's not as bad as you're likely imagining it to be.

We're conditioned for it our whole lives. The kindest form of rejection is a simple, "No thank you" or "I'm not interested." We don't need a reason, you don't owe us a reason, and it's not really less uncomfortable for us to be told why you think we're unsuitable for you.The other benefit of a simple "No thank you." is your disinterest in not likely to be up for debate. No reasons, means nothing to argue about.

You are absolutely right! But not all men are like you and they are really afraid to get "no" handshake

Catibrae: I thanks then for the interest but no thanks as I am looking for someone closer to home or I only chat on the forums and am not looking for anyone....but you still get the odd one who doesn't take no for an answer in which case he gets blocked

cheers

Babettefr: Prima,, being polite and some sort of diplomatic reply could work for some and not for everybody specially on dating sites.

Try to say, you already found one and that you're already in communication with him. It might work, but then be ready for some sarcastic remarks. Good luck.

Good idea as well! Thanks handshake

twazzle70: A simple "thanks" but "no thanks" should be all it takes..

Any guy adult enough to be on here should also be adult enough to handle the fact that not every woman is gonna be interested in them..

Sadly some do become abusive when rejected,,but that says more about them than you....

Thanks cheers
