I've had Hypoglycemia for years. I have to watch my diet to control it. I am a vegetarian and I don't eat processed food, junk food or sweets. I have to eat every five hours or I start to get sick.

If I wait longer than that or skip a meal, I get light headed, dizzy, confused, tired, shaky, sweaty, sick to my stomach and weak. If I ignore these symptoms, I eventually pass out. I usually wake up when I hit the floor. I drink a glass of orange juice to bring my blood sugar up. Then, I eat a meal that has protein and carbs in it, such as beans and rice.

There are many books on hypoglycemia,
what would make your book apart from what already is in the market?

Some references for your topic:

Origin of the word Hypoglycaemia.

Hypo = under,
Glykys = sweet.
Haima = blood.
