Breakfast for me is normally just a slice of plain toast and a cup of milk tea. Sometimes, if I'm in the mood, a small portion of fried vermicelli.
Lunch is often mixed vegetables, chicken and tofu. I try to skip rice which is a staple in our Asian diet.
It's very hard to resist food coz Malaysia is a food haven
Dear you need to add some more things in your breakfast for an active day may be if you like toast with honey or jam and instead of fried vermicelli noddles with egg is a great option

Nowadays, not much...back in the day...a heap of pancakes slathered in maple syrup, hash browns, a steak, 4 eggs, 4 slices of toast, sausages...at least three...juice, coffee...a couple of waffles, a Texas omelet....fresh fruit...now,...some bacon, fresh tomatoes...I miss physical labouring...
