I wish people would realise what an advantage it is - by every measure - to not have borders within our island and how you should cherish the chemistry which allows this freedom. Internal borders will make business less efficient and more regulated, politics more corrupt, and you'll have us hating each other simply because you don't know how to cultivate and commit to a relationship. It's so autistic to even think of splitting up the wholesome and homogeneous union and replacing it with socially crippled diversity.
The borders are already there.i really dont see that changing.

wow there young man there is good and bad in every place even in yours. That kind of attitude brings chaos, we have seen it happen.There are some leaders I would not trust with barge pole but not whole country of people.

At this moment I dont see that man leading any country. He may have solid views some commendable even but lead a country on world wide stage ?????
No other leader to me commands my respect, maybe the welsh lady, certainly not the scottish one nor cameron.
I look for strong leader in all parties and do know we can never have perfect agreement or fit and as yet do not see one.
Maybe just maybe UKIP will get my vote.
I do not think us Brits appreciated lib dems in the coalition, but as we can now see they tempered Tories mad plans down,. They could not apply all they wanted either but got lambasted for that. I do not think as a party they could lead a country but in a coalition the could keep feet on the grand from destructive people.
let me tell ya if the English government would keep the nose out of other nations then may be they could run there own country mind there own business thatcher was the devil stole and kill a lot of argentines done the same in Ireland destroyed a lot of English people blair went into Iraq for what reason ????? I could go on and on about the other prime minsters the money they spent in wars that wasn't any of there business could have went to better use the taxes we pay is a complete disgrace no other country in the world are like it I see corbn a great leader he will make peace all over the world and gave in time he could make life a lot easier for the English people I can see a lot of muslim groups attacking England in years to come that they will be looking over there shoulder for the rest of there lifes and it wont be easy for the English people to go on forein holidays afeared of being killed I blame the leaders for this distruction

I agree with most of what you say, particularly about Corbyn. Unfortunately we're always attached to the coat tails of the USA.. and their big business. And to be fair the USA is more hated world wide than England, but only just..

Agreed about not harping on about the past. Building a future is more important. .However I don't think the present lot will do that, there itching to start bombing.

I'll say one thing which the English are good at and thats forgetting the past. This country has been invaded by just about everyone in Europe and lets include Ireland on the list too..We don't seem to feel it necessary to go on about it..

For myself I cant tell my own future let alone a whole country.
I just know we are luckier than some even though this government are doing us no good
but oh dear the last lot did not iether.I think we have to take care of ourselves, carve a life out of what is there as no-one else will do it for us.
