No....being blind is not being able to appreciate the electromagnetic spectrum with my eyes,....there are people who are blind who can easily appreciate beauty through their other senses,...and although many say "beauty is in the eyes" of the beholder, for those without this sense, there is opportunity to "see" with our other senses.....but blind is blind.....
