Für unsere neue ARD-Sendung "Wo bist du?" mit Kai Pflaume suche ich nach einem ehemaligen US-Soldaten (Afroamerikaner), der Mitte der 1960er Jahre rund um Bamberg stationiert und viel in Coburg unterwegs war. James Frazer verkehrte oft im Coburger "Mönchshof", den es heute leider nicht mehr gibt. Ich vermute, James müsste heute um die 75 Jahre alt sein. Er kam aus dem Bundestaat Connecticut; Erzählungen nach hatten seine Eltern dort eine Textilfabrik. Vielleicht gibt es ja hier Menschen, die Jemanden kennen, der ihn kannte und mir genauere Angaben zur Schreibweise des Namens, Einheit usw. machen können.
Deswegen würde ich mich freuen, wenn ihr den Artikel möglichst oft teilt.

She was looking for an Afro-American man named James Frazer who is around 75 y.o. if he's still alive now. He was a soldier who was stationed around Bamberg in mid of 1960's. He used to travel often to Coburg's beer brewery (Mönchsfhof) that does not exist anymore. James came from Connecticut where his parents had a garment factory.
I think there was a child of him has been looking for this man through a new TV program ("Where are you?") moderated by Kai Pflaume. Tough luck, but I hope they got the information they were looking for.

I was sure l had a Son and indeed he found me late last year and he is 49 years old, we exchanged emails, photos etc. spoke once by phone and l have heard nothing since.
