2intrigued: A million dollars doesn't go too far where I live. It costs almost that much to buy a decent house here. I'd love to be able to buy a house so I can live mortgage/rent free, perhaps buy a new vehicle and take a trip somewhere. Simple pleasures and not all the glitz and glamour of the filthy rich.
The reality is that indeed depending on where you are one million can either be the big windfall or merely a stepping stone. I think overall a million wouldn't really change too much about a person's life these days - not compared to previous times.------ This thread is Archived ------
Millionaire of what ? Words ? Stars ? Fish ? Birds ? Oceans ? Mountains ? Trees ? Sunshine ? Or bits of paper with scribble on it or a computer screen with numbers .. being a millionaire isnt hard unless you have low self esteem or value yourself at the bottom of everything.. if a painting of yourself by a famous artist is worth $5million what are you worth ?
