mrsumter06BROOKLYN, USA9 Threads 15 PostsIf I come home after a long, hard day of work and my girlfriend is just relaxing, chatting on the phone, or watching TV, and the house is a mess and there's no dinner on the table, she's way too comfortable. don't get me wrong i'm not looking for a maid, but there are certain aspects of how i like to live. Sometimes women take us men for granted and we have to put our foot down and hand her a mop.

If her job is that of a homemaker, then I agree with you. Her "JOB" is to keep the house clean and to cook, etc. Her "salary" is free room and board.
If she has a job and works 40 hours a week like you do, then I would suggest at least half of the time you pick up that mop and clean the floors yourself. After all, there are certain aspects of how she likes to live, too. More often than not, men take women for tranted and we have to put our foot down and hand him a mop and a bucket, and a sponge, along with directions on how to use them.
