Ali a friendship is a treasure and it could develop from online acquaintances. Although I am skeptical of it, after several years I can say that I have a couple of friends from online interaction.

Yes I have "net" friends and I like them as much as friends in person, but I do think they are friendships on another level. To me, friends on here are more than acquaintances because they are privy to thoughts and ongoing dialog in the forums that "in person" acquaintances never will be (unless they pop on here now and then lol).
My friends on here from countries all over may not be able to bring me chicken soup when I am sick, or shop with me at the mall. But they are here when I need a kind word, some company, and have saved me from myself and boosted my confidence with kindness many times. Is that real?

I've got to know nice people on the net.. In real life, No friends.. Not a social person, prefer painting or gardening

In real life, I have more than enough friends and I wish I had more time to enjoy them.
Another friend of mine is fighting Cancer and today has been a hard day for her, she is so tired that she wishes not to see anyone, she got her second chemotherapy last Tuesday (I was not in town) but still she is not feeling well.

I do appreciate it.
My friend is strong but her Cancer is aggressive and the probability of winning the battle is low and she knows it.
She is a friend that has been at my side in all times, good and difficult, so have I.
We do enjoy any time possible, we are partners (along with her husband) for every single cultural activity here and now we do have plans for going to Peru, once she gets better.
We do hope.
