If you want my advice don't be so direct about it. Women are won by accident and not by design. You might be the man with the plan but the trick is to never make a plan look like a plan. Think natural and spontaneous and relaxed. Acting relaxed may indeed take all your cunning, concentration and skill, but she must never know. Think like a narcissist, self-believe that you're entitled to love and respect without even trying. win by accident. why is winning by accident so effective on women? because victory for a woman falls from the sky(or not)by a fluke determined at birth. By existing women feel entitled to love and respect and you must mimic this narcissistic entitlement.
Don't seek out women for their age. Her birth year being 10 years before yours will not make her feel special. And don't put that you're shy.

age makes a lot of different ... and physical and the way of thinking ... if you like only older that you i think something is wrong ... maybe you are not looking for a partner but something else ... men from nature wish young .. fresh blood ( as hunters we are ) .... but from the other side nothing is wrong if you like older than you , but you should 'chase' some young from time to time to remind to your self that you still a good hunter.... about shy, is something you should work on it ....

If you put too much effort to act properly according to the type of woman you are trying to win you are very much likely to fail...
You might persuade her in the beginning but when you get comfortable you will forget to act...

The more humble she is the more she will prefer the brave man you yourself would want to share a trench with. The more narcissistic she is the more she'll like the confident cad who is perhaps the last person you'd want in your trench.

America may live and breathe a culture of overconfidence, they do indeed have an abundance of confidence and high self-esteem like no other, and yet women across the world don't really fancy American men. If I was a woman I wouldn't fancy them neither. Confident or not, that land of commercial cheeriness and ego-boosting is just too gay.
The way you talk to a woman from Southern England or New York is not how you should treat a woman from Ireland or Latvia. The latter you treat with the respect they earn, but in the former case you need to undermine the over-respect she receives from her surroundings in general.
In the whole there's no point in telling a woman that she's special when she comes from a culture which believes that it is god's gift. The women who live their lives on the ego-boost crave a bad boy to knock them down a peg or two. America is just about to elect a narcissistic bad boy cad for this very purpose.

Feel the fear and do it anyway. Most women like a strong man. Be yourself, by all means....but hide the fear, if you can. Not all women are into dating younger men. You can only determine this, by getting to know her first. by asking questions.
We don't have the answers for you. We don't know what the outcome will be, but try not to doubt yourself. Be steadfast in what you want.
