Maybe those that don't are afraid you'll think they're having an affair? Surely some married men still give their wives flowers (for genuine, good reasons)?
mollybaby: CS flowers are going to be cheesy no matter who gives them
Yup....a little emoticon flower is not the same as a 100 red roses... (how much? HOLY CRAP...how about three?)
As a man in a committed relationship I am VERY prone to bringing home flowers....if even only for myself! Right now this house REEKS of hyacinth and narcissus.
serena123: Some men do carry on being romantic after they marry
Some feel that now they have the woman they don't have to try anymore (and visa versa) that's when problems start IMO
This is true! I was married years ago and always brought flowers and did things to show the way I felt. But it is not always the case, I know many take for granted what is truly a blessing.

Christianlatin: it means that romanticism does not really exist?
Romance soon plays second fiddle when the really of marriage sets in.. Necessities such as bills , food , mortgage & children often take priority over a bunch of scented weeds . Maybe women won't agree with my statement , but you have to get your priorities right if you want a successful marriage.. That's not to say you can't show your love & affection towards you wife in other ways.
