ooby_doobyAshland, Virginia USA957 Threads 29 Polls 7,670 PostsIt started with a few snow flakes at 8:44 AM here on the East Coast. By 11:21 it was coming down steadily. It is now 4:30PM and I just stuck a ruler into the snow and it's 3" deep. I had 2 gallons of leftover feed from when I had chickens and I put the feeder out for the birds.

The media has been interrupting tv programming about this so called Winter Weather Advisory.
It was reported up to 1-2 inches of snow near the Cincy area all the way down into Kentucky.One to two inches is only a dusting.
I live in Northwest Ohio and nothing.What a joke.lol

The birds have it hard when the ground is covered in snow. They like to go under my truck where the ground is shielded from the snow, that's where I put the feeder cause I know they'll find it under there.I don't mind the over the top talk about a simple snowfall, it beats hearing about ISIS for a change.
