toranoga: An indictment by a grand jury in no way concludes guilt. A joke among lawyers is that a good prosecutor can get an indictment from a grand jury against a ham sandwich.
An verdict of guilt or innocence by Planned Parenthood was never presented to that grand jury.
So, a ham sandwich got indicted and you want everyone to admit that the claims were a mistake?
Under your interpretation of what transpired, why should we even have courts? What if those indicted by the grand jury are found not guilty by a jury of their peers? Will you still demand that they are guilty?
I don't know who is right or wrong and will not know that until the verdict is in. Perhaps you should employ the same restraint.

That is also why less than 10% of all non-capital grand jury indictments actually result in a conviction on the original indictment.

I would say a 90% chance of being found not guilty are among the best odds you can get. It all boils down to what actually does happen, not what we may hypothecate between now and then.
