Proof of what? Our ridiculous sense of priority. The only things that's really developed correctly are cars. They're a lot better than they used to be and they're not spurious.
50 years ago they said that we'd living on Mars by now. And if it was left to the greatest generation who made those claims, as opposed to those ruddy boomers, we would be living on Mars(or at least the moon)by now in a debt free society and high wage economy.
