Innocentia00122: I just got a message here from a gentleman far away. The subject heading was "Well Well". I opened it. There was only written "...".

When I wanted to answer or ask what that means, I found out that I was blocked. That means actually that no single word is worth to be written and no bit of time should be wasted for this person. I know.

I don´t remember at all this person. Maybe we exchanged even e-mail addresses. But my old e-mail address I can´t access because I don´t know the password any more.
I don´t remember at all people whom I got to know last year. I remember people who are here for a long time perfectly.
I had two car accidents last year. First a young gentleman with a big car made my small car jump and damaged my head, and then, just when I could walk straight again, a very old lady did the same. An arteria in my head was cut and will stay dead, but that is not bad. There are three more, and one can perfectly live with three. So it is no drama.
I only lost for a certain time a part of my memory and I say still strange things like telling my daughter she should wash her suitcase instead of packing her bag for school, and the dog is in between used to several names But it is getting better and better.

I am not sorry for the person who wrote that message, but for all others whom I meet here in my life from the younger past. I stumble every week in situations in which I have to say that I don´t remember conversations, problems or what I have promised to do. But I can´t change it at the moment.Thank you all in advance for sending me pictures of you in the shower for your open ears!

Please come home now.
Your husband.

I'm surprised Cuban cigars haven't show up on this continent yet. They are exceptional.

I'll admit, POTUS Obama got that farewell thing right. He'd probably be even a better speaker if he'd turn that teleprompter off. laugh

Teleprompter or not, he sure does have public speaking down to a fine art. He's been involved with the Mythbusters show and had two of the cast members in his office for a visit without the help of a teleprompter. shock laugh

I think Obama will go down as one of the greats when history has finished with him.

A black man did what not many Americans did, he has been on many English programa including one with Bear Grills. I will be sad to see him go. JMO.

Gute Besserung Innocentia. hug

You have a valid reason should you have forgotten something and if someone asks polity, he probably will find out. If not, that is his problem. wave

President Obama walked into the bank to cash a check. As he approached the cashier he said, "Good morning Ma'am, could you please cash this check for me?

Cashier: "It would be my pleasure sir. Would you please show me your ID?"

Obama: "Truthfully, I did not bring my ID with me as I didn't think there was any need to. I am Barack Obama, the President of the United States of AMERICA !!!!"

Cashier: "Yes sir, I know who you are, but with all the regulations and monitoring of the banks because of impostors and forgers and requirements of the Dodd-Frank legislation, etc., I must insist on seeing your ID.

Obama: "Just ask anyone here at the bank who I am and they will tell you. Everybody knows who I am."

Cashier: "I am sorry Mr. President but these are the bank rules and I must follow them."

Obama: "I order you to cash this check!"

Cashier: "Look Mr. President, here is an example of what we can do. One day, Tiger Woods came into the bank without ID. To prove he was Tiger Woods he pulled out his putter and made a beautiful shot across the bank into a cup. With that shot we knew him to be Tiger Woods and cashed his check.

Another time, Andre Agassi came in without ID. He pulled out his tennis racquet and made a fabulous shot whereas the tennis ball landed in my cup. With that shot we cashed his check. So, Mr. President, what can you do to prove that it is you, and only you, as the President of the United States?"

Obama: Obama stands there thinking, and thinking, and finally says, "Honestly, I can't think of a single thing. I don't have a clue what to do.

Cashier: "Will that be large or small bills, Mr. President?

Latest news at least 28 dead between a suicide bombing at Brussels Airport and a bombing at the Metro Station in Brussels-Molenbeek.

News on the Aachen local radio station is that secret service experts see today's bombing as a reaction of last Friday's arrest of Salah Abdeslam, a Belgian-born French national of Moroccan descent who is thought to be one of the leaders in the Paris terrorist attacks.
