serene56: Tonight is a dish inspired by Gordon Ramsay .. garlic, chilli, anchovies and cherry tomatoes broken down in olive oil over a long low heat , forming a delicious sauce served over spaghetti

Boerwurst ( south african sausage ) about a mile long and made by a local butcher, cooked on a little mustard oil ( makes it piquey) onions n garlic sauteed in the fat from the sausage, stock to make the gravy and served with mashed potatoes with so much butter mashed in that you'd think I didn't care about the ludicrous price we have to pay here !

Burp ...

:-)
