For tonight I have prepared a salmon steak, cooked medium, and some fresh garden peas conversing

Later I will flake the salmon into a carbonara-style sauce, with the peas and some finely chopped dill, then spoon it over linguine conversing

Then finally, upon consumption, I'll die and go to heaven rolling on the floor laughing

Yesterday i had friends over for dinner and everyone brought something to share:

Parsley-sour cream pasta with sauté onions and huge Greek olives + Padano cheese.
Tuna and Salmon Ceviche with diced onion+tomato+jalapeño pepper, lime etc.
Requesón (after the cheese is made the whey is boiled and then requesón surfaces the liquid) with celery and cilantro (home grown).
Chocolate Panacotta with preserved peach slices (home made)
Dulce de Membrillo with cheese
Chilean wine

Today I had some leftovers: cooked ceviche tacos ( I do not eat raw fish).

and Membrillo tea after.

very happy

I'm thinking we should both go live with Life laugh

Life, that requesón sounds similar to the second round of cheese-making I saw on a foodie program ...

The first round produced a firmish cheese, then the whey was boiled up to produce ricotta conversing

Sorry, there is not "mushroom" here for people laugh
(remember that I have to feed two pigeons -sometimes three- and many hummingbirds grin)

Requesón is cheaper than Ricotta and with less fat, so I would substitute ricotta by requeson when making lasagna as well.
