mollybaby: I think that is why I don't.

I love cooking. You can be experimental, and add or take away ingredients as you wish

With baking? No sireee. You have to measure everything to within an inch of it's life and follow the recipe to the letter

I like the freedom of cooking, not the intricacy of baking.

Ahuh, yep, absolutely and lastly, whatever floats your gravy boat thumbs up laugh

I recall cooking class and associated domestic skills being referred to as Home Science when I was in high school and my OCD nerdy brain went Bring it on head banger laugh

I'm one of those people who would carve the Old Testament onto a pinhead or whatever the hell it is they do, such is my infinite patience and gritty determination laugh

Hi Serene applause

Do they come crispy or you need to deep-fried them?

'Bad boys' rolling on the floor laughing

That's a good idea, huh? Sandwich press, healthier that way.

We Asians do a lot of deep-frying!

When I was at my sister's in Melbourne for two weeks, her Aussie husband had to open up all the windows and sliding door whenever I cooked! He didn't trust his own cooking hood! uh oh

Rather dull Serene, may I suggest covering it in Brandy and then setting light to it for that restaurant experience?

As it happens I couldn't be stuffed, I settled for dip and crackers and a chilled white wine laugh
