For lunch I had:
Egg whites Omelette with shrimp powder and mustard precooked-beet leaves+sauté onion.


Dinner will be:

Red enchiladas + rice + Guacamole

Pineapple + mint leaves water

(at a friend's house)

I had a large t/bone steak /broad beans with deep fried cubed potatoes.....cold slaw//washed down with a bottle of wine........then a dessert....of ground rice mixed with custard......with blueberries on top......bliss........smitten

You're lucky to get t/bone steak lub, most of our old peeps homes have mashed everything, it would take a couple of months for'em to suck a steak down conversing

I was given some enchiladas to take home and I will have them for lunch and they will go with some refried beans (little bit of olive oil to sauté onion and then the cooked beans).
